Nigel Sinnott
Instructor - Leader Junior GOlf
Nigel Sinnott is a Class A PGA of Canada Professional delivering high-level instruction built on playing success, education and a practical, patient coaching style. His approach emphasizes what actually matters, helping beginners to professionals improve quickly while building a swing they can trust under pressure.
Nigel has been a full-time instructor at Cheam Mountain Golf Course for the past five years, where he runs the Cheam Mountain Junior Academy, junior nights, seasonal camps, and all men’s and women’s clinics, alongside private and semi-private lessons. Previously, he taught in Vancouver at University Golf Club and Premier Royal Indoor Academy.
As a professional golfer, Nigel has competed on the Vancouver Golf Tour, G&G Golf Tour, and PGA Tour Canada, earning multiple professional wins, five hole-in-ones, and a career-low round of -9 (63). A father of three and lifelong athlete, Nigel is committed to providing world-class instruction at accessible rates—helping every student enjoy the game more and achieve success on their own terms.
